Early Result Tummy Tuck 4 Days Post with No Drains or Pain Pump Catheters

This 29 y/o woman who lost 100 lbs. is four days after high-lateral and high superior tension tummy tuck. She had no drains or pain pump catheters, because the abdominal flap was reattached to the abdominal wall with progressive tension and quilting sutures, obviating the need for drains.
