San Jose Plastic Surgery – Office Policies

We welcome new patients and offer a free consultation for cosmetic surgery patients.

If you are being seen for a problem that is not cosmetic, whether or not covered by your insurance, there will be a consultation charge.

Although we do not charge for your cosmetic consultation, there is a $75 fee for missed appointments that are not cancelled with 24 hours notice.

We appreciate your courtesy in letting us know if you need to reschedule, and we will be happy to accommodate you.
