Abdominoplasty and Liposuction Patient 5
This 40 year-old woman, 5’4″, 129 lbs, had twins and two C-sections. Her abdomen was stretched out more than average, posing a challenge for getting a tight, youthful result. She also wanted treatment of her flanks with vaser liposuction. At 3 months, she still has some post-op swelling. The incision is well-concealed under the bikini line and she is very pleased with the small, round belly button. There is noticeable right/left body asymmetry, with a straighter waist contour on the left. Because the flap was re-sutured to the abdominal wall with Quill sutures, no drains were necessary and were not used.
