Abdominoplasty and Liposuction Featured Patient
Four months post-op. This 47 year-old woman, 5’0″, 138 lbs., underwent circumferential vaser ultrasonic liposuction including the bra rolls and flanks in the prone position, then was turned supine to complete a thorough ultrasonic liposuction of the abdomen and waist, followed by high lateral and high superior tension technique tummy tuck. Her results are among the most dramatic and show what can be accomplished in the way of a body transformation with these techniques.
No drains were needed because the abdominal flap was re-attached to the abdominal wall with progressive tension and Quill sutures. Closing off this space decreases the risk of seroma and allows early patient mobility and enhanced patient comfort.
