Four months after vaser liposuction of the abdomen, waist and flanks, and abdominoplasty.
The patient had Exparel injected under the abdominal fascia for long-lasting pain control. The abdominal flap was re-attached to the abdominal wall with progressive tension and quilting sutures, so no drains were needed and none were used.
