Notes: Peri-areolar mastopexy/augmentation. Breast asymmetry treated with 300 cc gel on the right and 275 on the left. The patient wanted optimal appearance, so a periareolar lift was done instead of a dual-plane breast augmentation. At 3 months the scar is virtually undetectable.
