Revision Breast Augmentation Patient
23 year old woman had 300 cc saline implants placed, inframammary incision, partial submuscular. The right implant could be displaced to the upper chest both laterally and medially and was too high. The left implant was too low. Revision consisted of suture repair of the right pocket superiorly and laterally. Correction of the lower pocket consisted of releasing an incompletely released pectoralis muscle and reinforcing the inframammary fold. The left inframmary fold was reinforced and elevated. The patient is seen 4 months after the revision.
