Abdominoplasty Photos - Case #4600

Patient Case #4600

34 year old woman, 5’4”, 145 lbs., 3 children one month after drainless tummy tuck, and umbilical hernia repair.

The patient was concerned about the extensive abdominal stretch marks, drooping skin and excess fat. She also had an umbilical hernia that needed to be fixed.

She is shown one month after surgery. She underwent vaser-assisted liposuction of the abdomen, waist and flanks, and umbilical hernia repair. She received Exparel for long-acting post-op pain relief and had the abdominal flap re-attached to the abdominal wall with progressive-tension and quilting sutures, so no drains were needed and none were used.
