This 33-year-year-old woman, 5’1″, 165 lbs. BMI 31, one child, desired a drainless tummy tuck and liposuction to correct her abdominal laxity and regain her pre-baby body.

Her drainless tummy tuck was done with 360 liposuction to reveal the underlying torso. By re-attaching the raised abdominal skin back to the abdominal surface, the space where fluid can accumulate was closed off and did not require additional drainage tubes, so no drains were used. This allows a far more comfortable and rapid recovery.
