This 48 year-old woman, 5’1″, 140 lbs., was unhappy with results of previous breast augmentation that placed 300 cc implants although she had told her surgeon that her volume was adequate, resulting in a DD size. The implants were removed and replaced with 157 cc Natrelle gel and her pre-existing vertical mastopexy was revised with an inverted-T mastopexy. She is five months post-op and feels much more comfortable and that her breasts now match her body appropriately.
