This 28 year-old patient who had not had children, wanted to go from an A to a small C. She underwent infra-mammary partial subpectoral breast augmentation with 310 moderate profile, smooth round Inspira gel implants. Because of stretching of the skin, she developed inferior malposition rather quickly and is seen five months after the initial augmentation. She underwent a repair of the pocket, consisting of capsulorrhaphy reinforced with Seri biosynthetic mesh. Seri incorporates into the tissue and is absorbed, leaving the tissues stronger. The second set of photos show the patient five months later after the pocket was closed off inferiorly, giving her a much more normal breast position and appearance.
