Fat Transfer/Grafting

Two months post-op.

The patient is a 72 y/o woman whose face had been quite full in her youth, but she lost volume over time. Her skin had become wrinkled. In order to rejuvenate her, facial fat grafting and laser resurfacing was recommended. The patient had fat transfer from the abdomen and flanks to her face with a total of 53 cc placed throughout the face, temple, forehead, cheeks and lips. She then had full face, neck and chest laser treatment with the SmartSkin micro-ablative carbon dioxide laser.
