Breast Augmentation Revision Capsular Contracture and Tummy Tuck

31 year old wan, 5’3″, 125 lbs, two children with previous saline augmentation with 325 cc had severe capsular contracture. She wished to have a Mommy Makeover with re-augmentation with gel implants and correction of the capsular contracture condition.

She had bilateral subglandular complete capsulectomy and partial subpectoral reaugmentation with 371 cc moderate profile gel implant. At the same operation she had high-lateral tension abdominoplasty with re-attachemnt of the abdominal flap to the abdominal fascia using progressive tension and quilting sutures with Quill sutures. Therefore, no drains were required and none were used for the abdominoplasty.
