Breast and Abdominoplasty Patient 4
Six weeks after combined breast augmentation and lipo-abdominoplasty with vaser ultrasonic liposuction to the entire abdomen, waist and flank. The patient also has breast asymmetry, left larger than right.
Breast augmentation, inframammary, partial subpectoral with moderate profile gel implants, 286 left, 304 right.
The scar is well hidden, low in the bikini line. The umbilicus is placed at the proper height to look normal.
A common problem seen in tummy tucks is the scar too high and the belly button too low.
The use of vaser liposuction spares the blood supply to the abdominal skin, making current practice of liposuction combined with abdominoplasty much safer than it used to be with regular liposuction.
The addition of liposuction to an abdominoplasty to get a sculpted waist greatly improves the results.
