51-year-old woman with liposuction deformities from previous liposuction treated with liposuction and fat grafting.

This 51-year-old woman had contour irregularities from previous liposuction of thighs, over resection of the lateral femoral and infragluteal areas, depressions of left anterior thigh, excess untreated buttock fat, and residual fat in the circumferential thighs.

Treatment consisted of circumferential liposuction of the thighs, buttock, knees and upper calves; microfat transfer to the anterior thigh deformities and lateral buttock hollows, inferolateral buttock depressions and infragluteal areas of previous over-resection. Total aspirate 2700 cc. Total fat grafted 650 cc.
